RG-50
RG-100

The RG-100 is Hallde’s entry level full metal vegetable preparation machine. The RG-100 features an ergonomic leaning design that makes using the machine very easy and simple.

The RG-100 is powered by a powerful high torque motor and a maintenance free gear drive, no belts or intermediate connections are used. This creates an exceptionally efficient and reliable machine irrespective of the products being processed.

The RG-100 is suitable for all types of food outlets and generally recommended for outlets that perform an average up to 30kg of processing per day. It can however be used for more if necessary.

RG-200

The RG-200 is Hallde’s entry level full moon vegetable preparation machine. This means that the machine will fit larger objects such as vegetables or fruit without the need to cut them down in size before processing them in the machine.

The RG-200 features an ergonomic leaning design that makes using the machine very easy and simple.

The RG-200 is powered by a powerful high torque motor and a maintenance free gear drive, no belts or intermediate connections are used. This creates an exceptionally efficient and reliable
machine irrespective of the products being processed.

The RG-200 is suitable for all types of food outlets and generally recommended for outlets that perform an average up to 50kg of processing per day or require a machine to fit larger items in. It can however be used for more if necessary.

RG-250

The RG-250 introduces the Ergoloop push feeder and a deeper knife chamber, along with the ergonomic Hallde leaning design. The Ergoloop push feeder makes working with the machine over longer periods much easier for the operator as 50% less effort is required to push product through the machine. The deeper knife chamber means greater machine output and a larger selection of cutting tool options. The RG-250 is powered by a powerful high torque motor and a maintenance free gear drive, no belts or intermediate connections are used. This creates an exceptionally effi cient and reliable machine irrespective of the products being processed.

The RG-250 is recommended for larger food outlets that perform an average up to 100kg of processing per day or require a machine that offers considerable reduced effort to the operator, especially when processing harder items such as grating cheese or dicing hard
vegetables.

RG-300

The RG-300 introduces Hallde’s 215mm diameter cutting tools. This allows larger food items to be processed without the need to be cut down in size before positioning in the machine.

The RG-300 features a half moon jelly bean shape feed cylinder making it ideal for slicing large tomatoes that require an exact orientation when sliced. The RG-300 also uses Hallde’s ergonomic leaning design.

The RG-300 is powered by a powerful high torque motor and a maintenance free gear drive, no belts or intermediate connections are used. This creates an exceptionally effi cient and reliable machine irrespective of the products being processed.

The RG-300 is recommended for outlets needing to slice larger round items such as large tomatoes that need to be cut at a consistent specifi c angle.

RG-350

The RG-350 key features are ergonomic leaning design, large 215mm cutting tools, Full Moon Feed Cylinder with Ergoloop Push Feeder and the option to fit a continuous feed hopper for high volume processing.
